Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Pawmax, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and the development and enforcement of HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Skills in HR Operations and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the pet care or retail industry is beneficial
  • Minimum PQE 1 Year
  • Location - Kolkata (in-office position)
