Job Summary:

Sun Knowledge Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist Employee Engagement to join our Human Resources team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement initiatives, enhancing the onboarding experience, managing HR communications, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting key HR operations. This role is integral to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, verification, and system updates.
  • Conduct engaging induction sessions to orient new hires with the companys culture, policies, and values.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure new employees are fully equipped for their roles.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Organize internal events, celebrations, and recognition programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback via surveys and focus groups to improve engagement.

3. HR Documentation

  • Draft and issue HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and experience certificates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and present periodic HR reports including metrics like attrition, headcount, and engagement levels.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.

5. Compliance & Employee Support

  • Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and company HR policies.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness and adaptability to work in a night shift environment.
