Office Generalist

We are seeking an organized and proactive **Office Generalist** to join our team. This role is vital to the smooth operation of the office and involves assisting with general administrative duties, supporting the accounts team, and ensuring clear and professional English communication within and outside the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general office administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist the accounts department with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and data entry.
- Prepare and review financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring organized and accessible documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle customer queries, both written and verbal, ensuring a high standard of communication.
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as organizing files, tracking employee records, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment by addressing any issues or needs promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office generalist role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other office management tools.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
