**Position**: 3D Generalist
**Department**: 3D Design and Animation
**Reports to**: Senior 3D Artist/Creative Director

**Office Timing:

- ** 10am to 8pm

**Working Days:

- ** Monday to Saturday

**Contract**:

- 2Yrs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**:

- Assist in creating and developing 3D models for various projects, including characters, props, environments, and product visualizations.
- Work with the team to ensure models are optimized for animation, rendering, and game engines if needed.
- **Texturing and Shading**:

- Experiment with different shading techniques to achieve realistic or stylized looks as per project requirements.
- **Animation and Rigging**:

- Support in creating simple animations for objects, characters, or elements as needed.
- Learn to rig models for animation purposes, including basic skinning and weight painting.
- **Lighting and Rendering**:

- Assist in setting up lighting for scenes to create mood and enhance the overall look of 3D assets.
- Render scenes using industry-standard software (e.g., Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift) and learn the basics of post-processing.
- **Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Work closely with senior artists, animators, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver quality assets.
- **Software Proficiency Development**:

- Develop a strong understanding and proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Explore different tools and plugins to expand knowledge and improve workflow efficiency.
- **Asset Management and Organization**:

- Ensure proper organization and management of all 3D assets, textures, and project files according to the studio’s protocols.
- Maintain a clean and structured file system to support the team's overall workflow.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D design and animation.
- Experiment with new tools, methods, and ideas to bring innovation into the projects.
- **Support in Project Tasks**:

- Provide assistance to senior team members in various phases of the 3D production pipeline.
- Take initiative to help with small tasks or challenges that arise during project development.
- **Learning and Growth**:

- Engage in regular training sessions, workshops, and self-study to improve skills.
- Seek feedback and mentorship to grow in the role and prepare for future responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
