1. 3D Modeling and Texturing:

- Create high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, props, and assets.

2. Lighting and Rendering:

- Set up lighting for scenes to achieve mood, tone, and realism.
- Render scenes using industry-standard software to meet project requirements.

3. Animation:

- Perform basic to advanced animation tasks, including character and object animations, when required.

4. Post-production:

- Collaborate with compositors and video editors to integrate rendered assets into final projects seamlessly.

5. Problem Solving:

- Troubleshoot and optimize 3D assets and scenes for performance and quality.
- Resolve technical challenges related to rendering, textures, and file management.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and ideas.

7. Tools and Technology:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design and production.

Qualifications and Skills Essential Skills:

- Proficiency in 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max. (Blender Preferable)
- Expertise in texturing tools like Substance Painter, ZBrush, or Photoshop.
- Intermediate knowledge of animation principles and rigging.
- Understanding of UV mapping and retopology workflows.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Knowledge of dynamics and simulations (e.g., cloth, fluid, particles).

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D projects, styles, and technical expertise.

Soft Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
