Role Overview

We are seeking a
talented and versatile 3D Generalist
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all aspects of the 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and compositing. You will collaborate closely with directors, designers, and other artists to bring innovative concepts to life for high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D assets, environments, and animations for advertising, media, and experiential content.
  • Work across the entire 3D pipeline: modeling, UV mapping, texturing, shading, rigging, lighting, rendering, and basic compositing.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to translate concepts and storyboards into final deliverables.
  • Optimize assets and scenes for efficiency while maintaining visual quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and workflows in 3D design and visual effects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during production and support smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist (agency, studio, or freelance background preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard software:
    Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D
    , Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with
    render engines
    such as V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, or Octane.
  • Knowledge of
    sculpting & texturing tools
    (ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Mari).
  • Basic understanding of
    compositing
    (Nuke, Fusion, or After Effects).
  • Strong sense of
    animation principles
    , design aesthetics, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, under tight deadlines.

Good to Have

  • Experience in
    motion graphics and VFX
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Unreal Engine / Unity
    for real-time rendering and immersive media.
  • Knowledge of
    anamorphic and large-format media production
    .
  • Traditional art or design background.
