
Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Interaction**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome.
- Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and any specific needs they may have.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
**Service Excellence**:
- Ensure that guests receive personalized and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to enhance their experience.
**Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs.
- Implement and manage loyalty programs and guest feedback systems.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and promote special events, offers, and promotions.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and service quality for management review.
- Assist with training new staff on guest service standards and expectations.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure the smooth execution of guest requests and special accommodations.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of service improvement strategies.
**Compliance and Standards**:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Ensure that all guest interactions comply with restaurant standards and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
