
Guest Relation Executive-restaurant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Engagement**: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- **Personalization**: Maintain guest profiles to remember their preferences and special requests, and offer personalized recommendations or services.
- **Feedback Collection**: Actively solicit and record guest feedback to help improve service quality and address any recurring issues.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and promptly address any service-related issues.
- **Reservations Management**: Assist with managing reservations, including special requests, and ensure efficient seating arrangements during peak hours.
- **Promotions and Upselling**: Inform guests about special promotions, events, and menu items, and suggest add-ons or upgrades to enhance their experience.
- **Training and Development**: Train new staff members on guest relations best practices and help foster a guest-focused culture within the team.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and any incidents for reporting purposes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
