**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction & Service**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely manner, offering personalized recommendations when needed.
- Assist in creating a memorable dining experience by anticipating guests’ needs.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Handle reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
- Coordinate with the host/hostess to manage seating arrangements based on guest preferences and dining times.
- **VIP & Regular Guest Relations**:

- Maintain a database of regular and VIP guests, keeping track of preferences and special occasions.
- Provide special attention to VIP guests and ensure their needs are met in a proactive manner.
- **Conflict Resolution**:

- Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a calm, professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to prevent issues and enhance guest experiences.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure guest preferences and requests are communicated and addressed.
- Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to meet service standards.
- **Promotions & Upselling**:

- Promote restaurant offerings, including special events, seasonal menus, or new items.
- Upsell restaurant services and products, when appropriate, to increase guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
- **Guest Feedback Collection**:

- Actively seek guest feedback during and after their meal, ensuring their experience is valued.
- Share feedback with the management team to continuously improve services and guest satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
