Guest Relation Executive Restaurant

A Guest Relation Executive (GRE) at a fine dining restaurant has many responsibilities, including:
- **Customer service**: Greeting guests, answering questions, and providing solutions to problems
- **Reservations**: Scheduling dining reservations and arranging parties
- **Front desk**: Receiving calls, managing the front desk, and keeping records of guests
- **Dining room**: Inspecting the dining room for cleanliness, and ordering table linens and other supplies
- **Communication**: Collaborating with staff and management to address customer complaints, and communicating with other staff about client bookings
- **Security**: Complying with restaurant security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
- **Brand standards**: Ensuring that restaurant brand standards are consistently implemented
Fine dining restaurants are known for their upscale ambiance, exceptional food, and meticulous service. Servers in fine dining restaurants may perform special touches, such as serving food from the diner's left and clearing it from their right, and folding napkins more ornately.
Requirement
Should have worked same field for minimum 2 years
Should be well versed in English Language
Should have pleasing Personality
Should have done Diploma or Degree from Hospitality Institute
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
