1. *Guest Interaction & Engagement:*
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular guests, remembering preferences and special occasions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and any questions about the menu or restaurant policies.

2. *Service Excellence:*
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely response to guest needs.
- Monitor the dining area for guest satisfaction and ensure that guests' needs are met in a timely manner.

3. *Managing Guest Experience:*
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys, comment cards, or online reviews, and work with the management team to address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Offer personalized services, such as birthday surprises, special acknowledgments, or VIP treatment for frequent guests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience (e.g., suggesting menu items, recommending wine pairings, etc.).

4. *Operational Support:*
- Assist with managing reservations, waitlists, and guest seating arrangements.
- Ensure that the guest experience aligns with the restaurant's brand and standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and an inviting atmosphere in the dining area.

5. *Event Coordination:*
- Coordinate special events, private dining experiences, or group bookings, ensuring that guests' expectations are met.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., kitchen, bar, management) to ensure the success of events.

6. *Training and Development:*
- Assist in training front-of-house staff on guest relations best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on new menu offerings, promotions, and restaurant policies to effectively communicate with guests.

7. *Administrative Duties:*
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and complaints.
- Track and report on guest satisfaction metrics to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
