**Job Description: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)**

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 + Service Points

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport with regular guests and ensure personalized service.
- **Reservations and Seating**:

- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Coordinate with the team to accommodate guest preferences and special occasions.
- **Service Coordination**:

- Liaise between guests and the service/kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- **Feedback Management**:

- Collect and record guest feedback, sharing insights with the management team.
- Recommend improvements based on guest feedback to enhance the dining experience.
- **Ambiance and Standards**:

- Ensure the restaurant maintains a welcoming and presentable environment.
- Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of the guest areas.
- **Upselling**:

- Promote daily specials, events, and menu highlights to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a GRE or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer skills.
