**Job Description: Restaurant Captain**

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 (in-hand) + Service Points
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1.5 year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests in menu selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with efficiency and care.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and support the service staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
- Assign and monitor tasks for waitstaff and ensure they adhere to service standards.
- Provide on-the-job training for new team members.
- **Order Management**:

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- **Operational Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure table setups are in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
- Assist in inventory checks for dining essentials and report shortages.
- **Upselling**:

- Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role for at least 1 year.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
