**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) / Hostess is the first point of contact for guests. This role involves welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests courteously and warmly upon arrival.
- Manage the reservations system and update booking statuses regularly.
- Escort guests to their tables or rooms and ensure comfort.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or queries promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception or hostess area.
- Keep track of VIP guests and ensure personalized service.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience as a hostess or guest relations associate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and local language; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with reservation software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
