Guest Experience Executive/ Manager.
Ensure every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
First Point of Contact
Act as the face of the establishment—welcoming, greeting, and assisting guests.
Problem Solver
Address guest complaints or requests efficiently and diplomatically.
Communication Bridge
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, room service, front office, etc.) to fulfill guest needs.
Brand Ambassador
Promote the hotel’s services and create opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Main Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly at check-in and during their stay.
Handle guest complaints or requests quickly and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely service.
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures when needed.
Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Organize special requests (e.g. anniversaries, birthdays, VIP arrangements).
Manage feedback and reviews, both positive and negative.
Maintain a guest database and personalize future experiences.
Ensure smooth communication between guests and hotel departments.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude
Strong organizational skills
Empathy and patience
Multilingual abilities (a plus)
Knowledge of hospitality software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
