Prepare and cook high-quality Pan-Asian dishes, covering Chinese, Thai, Mangolian, and more, to meet standards for both à la carte and buffet service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, flavor, presentation, portioning, and plating.
- Manage temperature control for grills, roasters, ovens, and thoroughly monitor food quality throughout preparation.

2. **Menu Development & Innovation**
- Collaborate in planning and updating Pan-Asian menus, incorporating current market trends and seasonal inspiration.
- Provide creative input for recipes and dish ideas.

**Kitchen Management & Operations**
- Maintain mise en place, requisition ingredients, manage daily production prep, and stay organized.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensure freshness, manage stock control, and monitor food costs.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hygienic workstation.

4. **Quality, Hygiene & Compliance**
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards—HACCP compliance where applicable.

- Ensure correct food storage, prevent contamination, and report any safety issues.

5. **Team Supervision & Collaboration**
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff (commis chefs or demi-CDPs) as needed.
- Communicate with other kitchen teams and the Head or Sous Chef to ensure seamless operations.

6. **Administrative Tasks & Coordination**
- Maintain food logs, report shortages, and update service staff on menu changes or out-of-stock items.
- Assist in training sessions and comply with safety and procedural protocols.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
