- **Commis**: 1-2 years
- **DCDP**: 2-4 years
- **CDP**: 4-6 years (in Tandoor section)

**Key Responsibilities**:Commis - Tandoor**:

- Assist senior chefs in preparation and cooking of tandoor items (naan, roti, kebabs, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support in mise-en-place and daily prep work

**DCDP - Tandoor**:

- Independently handle a section of the tandoor kitchen
- Prepare and present Indian tandoori dishes as per standard recipes
- Maintain consistency in quality and presentation
- Guide and supervise Commis-level staff
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations

**CDP - Tandoor**:

- Lead the Tandoor section and ensure high-quality food production
- Innovate and develop new Indian tandoori dishes
- Ensure food portioning, cooking, and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Train and mentor junior staff; ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Tandoor section for Indian cuisine
- Sound knowledge of traditional tandoor cooking techniques
- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with good communication skills
- For CDP: Leadership and staff management skill
