**Reports to**: Sous Chef / Chef de Partie

**Job Summary**:
The Commi 3 Tandoor is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in the tandoor section, ensuring high-quality food preparation, cleanliness, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing tandoori dishes like kebabs and naans.
- Maintain cleanliness of the tandoor station.
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.
- Handle ingredients and equipment safely.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team, especially during peak hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a kitchen, preferably with tandoor cooking.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
