**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the Indian curry and tandoor section of the kitchen
- Prepare a variety of Indian dishes including curries, kebabs, breads (naan, roti), and tandoori items
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
- Supervise and train Commis and junior chefs in Indian cooking techniques
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Manage mise en place and ensure readiness during service
- Control wastage and manage inventory for Indian section
- Collaborate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and specials
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Indian cuisine, with hands-on expertise in both curry and tandoor cooking
- Knowledge of spice blending, marination, and traditional cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with hygiene standards and kitchen safety procedures
- Food safety certification is an advantage
- Ability to train and motivate team members
