**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of Continental dishes such as pastas, grills, steaks, salads, and sauces
- Ensure all mise en place is completed prior to service
- Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the CDP or Sous Chef
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
- Support kitchen operations during busy hours
- Monitor food stock and report shortages
- Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and report any issues
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Continental cuisine (Commis 2 or equivalent)
- Familiarity with ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation of Continental dishes
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when needed
- Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
