We are seeking a talented and passionate Continental Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently served to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and maintain creative and innovative Continental menus.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation are maintained throughout the kitchen.
- **Training and Development**: Train and mentor kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and knowledge.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- **Purchasing**: Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Continental Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Continental, Italian, North Indian, Tandoori, and Mexican cuisines.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: 25,000 - 30,000 INR per month.
- **Benefits**: Accommodation and all meals provided by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
