**Job Description - Indian CDP (Chef de Partie)**

**Position**: CDP - Indian Cuisine
**Openings**: 2 (Male)
**Experience**: 2-3+ years (Hotel Management graduates preferred)
**Salary**: ₹28,000 - ₹29,000 CTC
**Location**: indore

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic Indian cuisine, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations for the Indian section, including mise en place, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI norms.
- Train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen staff.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for inventory management.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and maintain food costs.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3+ years of experience as a CDP specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent team player with strong leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
