**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven **Customer Support Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You’ll play a key role in building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and accurately.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting, processes, or product features.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common issues or potential improvements.
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with computers and customer support tools (e.g., **Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce**, etc.).
- High level of patience and professionalism.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Communication, or related is a plus).
- Experience with help desk software or CRM systems.
- Fluency in [English / Hindi/ Other languages] depending on customer base.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
