Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support (Tickets & WhatsApp)
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer tickets and WhatsApp queries.
- Categorize and prioritize support requests based on urgency.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
2. Customer Training
- Conduct virtual training sessions via Zoom or AnyDesk.
- Create and deliver customized training materials.
- Record sessions (with consent) and share training resources.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training quality.
3. Bot & Automation Setup
- Understand client needs and design custom WhatsApp bots and automations.
- Test, deploy, and ensure smooth functioning of automation workflows.
- Provide user training and documentation for seamless adoption.
4. Onboarding & API Integration
- Guide new customers through WhatsApp API setup and migration.
- Explain key product features, test integrations, and resolve onboarding issues.
5. Instructional Video Creation
- Create short, engaging tutorial videos explaining platform features and updates.
- Ensure videos are clear, high-quality, and user-friendly.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical understanding (experience with WhatsApp API or automation tools is a plus).
- Proficiency with Zoom, AnyDesk, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
