As a Strategic Partnership Associate at UN IT ERP ACADEMY you will play a vital role in

expanding our client base and strengthening our position in the staffing and training industry.

You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with businesses and

organizations that can benefit from our services. This role involves building relationships,

assessing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

- Identify and research potential strategic partners, including but not limited to corporations,

educational institutions, and industry associations.
- Contribute to developing and executing the comprehensive partnership strategy to drive

business growth and revenue.

2. Relationship Building & Nurturing:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target

organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and

collaboration opportunities promptly.

3. Need Generation & Assessment:

- Conduct thorough need generation and assessments with prospective partners to

understand their staffing and training requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to customise staffing solutions and training programs that

meet partner needs.

4. Proposal Development:

- Prepare and present compelling partnership proposals and presentations based on needs

and directions from leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create tailored materials and campaigns for

partners.

5. Contract Negotiation:

- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the partnership agreement

process.

6. Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes and ROI for senior management.

7. Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to refine partnership strategies and offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
