Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising to lead our efforts in securing funding and building strategic partnerships. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure grants, donations, and other forms of support
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, donors, and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective partnership strategies
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of fundraising professionals
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit or CSR space
  • Proven track record of success in securing multi-crore partnerships and fundraising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to navigate complex donor relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
