Key Fundraising Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts as a Fundraising and Partnerships Head.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive 2-3 year fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with our growth goals and the successful execution of key priorities. This includes setting annual fundraising targets, establishing operational KPIs, and providing timely, transparent reporting on progress and impact.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive the full donor lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development to grant reporting and relationship management. The successful candidate will be confident in building relationships with high-value donors and partners, as well as championing operational excellence across all fundraising functions.

A key responsibility will be to identify, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers, mobilizing an extended network of donors and champions to unlock new opportunities and accelerate conversion.

The successful candidate will also oversee the development and quality of donor-facing communications, including pitch decks, proposals, reports, and campaigns, ensuring consistency and clarity across all fundraising narratives.

Leadership and collaboration are essential aspects of this role, requiring the ability to build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team, establish robust systems for donor CRM, grant compliance, reporting, proposal management, and audit preparedness.

Finally, the successful candidate will shape high-touch, trust-based donor journeys that build long-term affinity and repeat investment, designing differentiated engagement pathways for new, existing, and returning funders to deepen connection and commitment.
