Investment Banking Professional

We are seeking a seasoned investment banking professional to join our team and play a key role in deal execution, client management, and strategic growth. As an AVP – Investment Banking, you will lead end-to-end transaction management, execute deals across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM, build investor relationships, and deliver impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex transactions from due diligence to closing documentation.
  • Execute deals across various sectors, including technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, and BFSI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporates, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote fundraising efforts through pitch decks, business plans, and financial models.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations at investor forums and client discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless deal structuring and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial models and investor decks.
  • Excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Finance/Strategy from top-tier B-schools preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant/CFA (USA)/FRM certification is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory experience with a proven track record.
