Job Title: Strategic Partnership Director

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced director to lead our strategic partnerships for the Indian education market.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy, identifying and onboarding key partners aligned with business goals, negotiating impactful agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for partner success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech)
  • Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
