
Driving Enterprise Growth Through Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Partnerships Associate to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives. This high-impact role involves working closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors including Retail, BFSI, Logistics, and Hospitality.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
- Track partner performance and ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work with leadership to design Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and pricing models.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with our recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships.
- Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
