**Job Title**: Service Coordinator - CRM Software
**Location**: Bhosari Pune
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Service Manager / CRM Lead
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for service requests, inquiries, and escalations.
- Schedule and coordinate service tasks for technicians or support teams.
- Manage customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Create and track service tickets, work orders, and maintenance logs.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, contracts, and SLAs.
- Monitor open cases and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve customer experience.
- Analyze service performance data and generate reports from the CRM system.
- Assist with CRM system updates, data entry, and integrity checks.
- Train or guide users on CRM best practices and service-related workflows.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Any Graduate
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a service coordinator or CRM-related role.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in using CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of customer service and ticketing workflows.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and service lifecycle management.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
