Job Title: Female Sales Coordinator

Location: Pune, India

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Pune to promote products or services.
- Assist the sales team in coordinating appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
