
Service Coordinator

**Overview**:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating services to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assistance or support. They serve as the primary point of contact between clients and service providers, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
**Service Coordination**:
- Coordinate service delivery schedules based on client needs and available resources.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure they have all necessary information and resources to fulfill client requirements.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
**Communication and Documentation**:
- Facilitate communication between clients and service providers, including relaying feedback and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the status of service requests and any relevant information.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts related to service delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate parties for resolution, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
**Resource Management**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize service delivery processes.
- Assist in the development of service plans and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and suggest solutions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Social Work) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in client services, coordination, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
