We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team to coordinate service-related activities with various internal teams spread across the country.

**Job Title**: Service Coordinator

**Employment Type**: Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate closely with internal team members and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for each service/installation
- Analyse given data and coordinate on phone with external parties for any data corrections or updates
- Communicate with external parties and inform about upcoming service delivery/installation and verify details
- Work collaboratively with external parties and internal stakeholders to maintain high operational effectiveness
- Notify internal teams of shipment status.
- Coordinate Freight related activities
- Staying current on new services we develop
- Evaluating our services and helping to identify areas of improvement

**Requirements/Preferences**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Minium 1 Yr of experience in service coordination, customer service or a related field
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
- Own laptop and mobile phone required to work remotely. Phone bill reimbursement will be provided by company.
- Excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic
- Proven ability to work with team

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
