**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the coordination of services for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
- Develop and manage individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Supervise staff involved in service delivery, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication.
- Monitor program budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds while maintaining service quality.
- Conduct regular assessments of client progress and adjust service plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in service coordination and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within social work or behavioral health settings.
- Strong program development and management skills, with the ability to implement effective strategies for client support.
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers, demonstrating leadership qualities and team-building abilities.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes related to program management is preferred.
- Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- A background in social work or behavioral health is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
