- 25,000 To 35,000 Per Month

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with Sales field
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year of Proven experience in residential real estate sales or a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential buyers interested in residential land or plots.
- Conduct market research to understand client preferences and property trends.
- Present available residential plots to prospective clients and address inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits, showcasing the features and benefits of the residential plots.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Stay informed about local real estate regulations, zoning, and property values.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement effective sales campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities to management.

- Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local residential property market and regulations.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
