- 30,000 To 35,000 Per Month + Travelling Allowances

Education:

- Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with Real Estate Sector
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in land sales, real estate development, or a related field.

Roles:

- Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities for development or sale.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and demand in the real estate market.
- Negotiate land purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts.
- Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for promoting land sales.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and proposals to management and clients.
- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry developments, zoning laws, and land use regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software/tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., real estate license) may be required depending on jurisdiction.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
