Experience:

- Total Experience : 5 Years land / plots sales

Minimum Experience : 1 - 4 Years of Proven experience in real estate sales, specifically in land and plots.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Execution**:

- Actively promote and sell land and plots to potential buyers.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable land and plot options.
- Provide detailed information on property features, pricing, and terms.
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to secure successful land and plot transactions.
- Ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- **Documentation**:

- Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary documentation for property transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- **Market Insight**:

- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize market knowledge to tailor sales approaches and stay competitive.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:
