Job Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

  • Understanding organisations' requirements in terms of land. Ensure land purchases run smoothly and are suitable for the future development of the business.
  • Finding, buying and selling land on behalf of the relevant business.
  • Work closely with landowners, local governments, and community organisations to gain support for proposed projects.
  • Assessing and carrying out the valuation of the lands.
  • Inspections on possible property acquisitions.
  • Visit the land/plots, obtaining their legal papers.
  • Authentication of registered property title documents.
  • Analyse and verify the legality of land documentation.
  • Identify land-related clearances and approvals required for the undertaking.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals considering legal terms and conditions.
  • Finalise agreements and required procedure.
  • Contact architects for their proposed plans, area statements. Ensure all plans are sanctioned in adherence to laws.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse organization development and ensure all goals are met.
  • Giving suggestions and opinions to the management on related issues, along with research work on various legal issues.
  • Identify development needs of the team & guide them for improvement.
  • Set goals for team members, assess performance & achieve departmental goals.
  • Proper upkeep of the land records, purchase agreements and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain all necessary data in the system and provide reports to management as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
