Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Land Acquisition professional. The role involves identifying and acquiring land for development, conducting due diligence to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and performing detailed market research to assess feasibility. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline the land acquisition process and support related developments and operations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Land Acquisition and Development processes
  • Strong skills in conducting Due Diligence and ensuring compliance
  • Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze data to support acquisition decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed, strategic decisions
  • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Maharashtra
  • A degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
