- 25,000 To 30,000 Per Month

Education:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with sales field
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year of Proven experience in real estate sales, land sales, or a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential buyers interested in purchasing land or plots.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present and promote available plots to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate site visits and tours for interested buyers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to sales transactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the real estate business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to management.

Requirements for Sales Executive - Plots:

- Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate market, property values, and land development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to expand client base.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present information about plots and land developments persuasively.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the real estate market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Integrity: High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local area and understanding of zoning regulations and land-use policies.
- Driving License: A valid driver's license may be required for property visits
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: Up to ₹34,715.39 per month
