**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through inbound and outbound efforts. This role will focus on generating new business, nurturing relationships, and closing deals over the phone or online. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling & Follow-ups**: Initiate cold calls and follow-up on leads to promote products/services and convert them into potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**: Present and demonstrate products/services over the phone or via virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom).
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers in the **CRM system**.
- **Negotiations & Closing Sales**: Handle pricing, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms with clients, and closing sales.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the external sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer service and effective lead conversion.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and sales reports to the sales manager, ensuring accurate tracking of progress.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **Inside Sales Executive**, **Sales Representative**, or similar sales role.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships over the phone or online.
- **Experience in cold calling**, handling objections, and overcoming rejections.
- Solid understanding of **sales principles** and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience using **CRM software** to track and manage sales activities.
- Immediate Joiners will Prefer.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
