**Profile introduction**:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that best suit them. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships, increasing sales revenue, and achieving targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand and identify customer needs to offer appropriate products or services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitive activities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and resilience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
