**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive with 2-4 years of proven expertise in technical or B2B sales. The role involves calling activities to generate and qualify leads, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting the sales cycle for networking products. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Perform **daily outbound calls** to potential customers for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build rapport with prospects and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Present and explain networking solutions aligned to customer needs.
- **Sales Support**:
- Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings, demos, and proposals.
- Assist in preparing quotations, product presentations, and commercial offers.
- **Product & Market Knowledge**:
- Maintain updated knowledge of Indio Networks’ product portfolio (APs, Routers, Switches).
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends.
- **Follow-Up & Conversion**:
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to progress leads through the sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field preferred; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in inside sales, telesales, or technical sales, preferably in Networking/Telecom industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Switches, Routers).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven mindset with ability to perform high-volume daily calling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
