We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team in **Pune**. This is an end-to-end sales role focused on offering **UG/PG courses** to working professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals using leads from our **LeadSquared CRM**.
- Provide program information via **phone, video counseling, or face-to-face meetings**.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales closures.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to student enrollments.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle from **initial cold call to final closure**.

**Requirement**:

- **Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.**:
