We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside **Sales Executive** to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our sales efforts. This role requires a strong communicator with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title : Inside Sales Executive
Location : Pune ( Erandwane)
Experience: 1-2 Yrs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products/services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute targeted campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales processes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Know Sales Quotation process
- Knowledge of Request for Quote (RFQ),Quotation Creation,Purchase Order (PO)
- should know the process of how a PO is generated from a quotation, including the steps of request for quote (RFQ), quotation preparation, submission, evaluation, negotiation, and acceptance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
