**Experience**: 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales from relevant industry
**Responsibility**:
- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
- Objective - An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer needs and requirements and act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Establish international channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of exceeding quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling calls as per target.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering concepts and products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
