**Field Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a **Field Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for driving sales in the field by meeting potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts. You will be the face of our company, engaging with customers face-to-face and building long-term relationships to achieve business growth and revenue goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Actively seek out and engage new clients, driving the sales process from lead generation to closing sales.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand the company’s product or service offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct in-person product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to effectively communicate the benefits of products/services.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance targets.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and forecasts using the company’s CRM system.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to help inform sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Fresher’s or 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on mobile apps, software, or IT services.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively present mobile app solutions.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of mobile app development and the ability to learn software solutions quickly.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Experience with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
