**Role**: Field Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

**General Summary of the Role**:

- Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to both existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and need analysis of current and potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with business clients and customers.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Travel throughout the territory to engage in outdoor sales and visit customers on a recurring basis
- Analyze the market potential within the territory, track sales, and prepare status reports.
- Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
- Stay updated with best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi language is required.
- Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Proficiency in using sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
