**Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Field Sales Executive** to join our growing sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for your assigned territory.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and present appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- **Market Research & Feedback**: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales activities, pipeline status, and challenges.
- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**: Conduct cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Effectively negotiate prices and close sales deals with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **On-Site Visits**: Meet with clients on-site to provide product demos, consultations, and resolve any customer concerns.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ₹9,814.11 - ₹31,309.82 per month
